5 ▪ Beaten egg - ½
6 ▪ Buttermilk - 1/4 cup
7 ▪ A pinch of salt

Method of Preparation

1 ▪ Mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
2 ▪ In another bowl, mix egg and buttermilk.
3 ▪ Slice an apple into 1/4 inch thick slices and discard the core.
4 ▪ Mix the 2 bowls, dip the apple rings in them, and deep fry them.

What you Need -

1 ▪ Whole wheat dough
2 ▪ Besan - 2 tbsp
3 ▪ Chopped onion - 1/2
3 ▪ Salt to taste
4 ▪ Coriander powder - 1 tsp
5 ▪ Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
6 ▪ Garam masala - 1 tsp
7 ▪ Carrom seeds - 1 tsp
8 ▪ Oil - 3-4 tsp

Method of Preparation

1 ▪ Mix the besan, onion, coriander powder, chopped coriander, carom seeds, and garam masala in a bowl.
2 ▪ Knead the above mixture into a soft dough with a bit of oil.
3 ▪ Use the wheat dough to make a chapatti and the besan dough to fill.
4 ▪ Cook the paratha on a tawa with a bit of ghee.
