At SuperBottoms, we’re honest about our products, actions and services. However, there might be times when a tiny defect might miss even the sharpest of the eye but rest assured that we are precise about the quality of our products & do all the possible quality control checks at various levels. If you still find any of our products with manufacturing defects, we deeply regret the error & apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. Worry not, we are right here to rectify our mistake, pinky promise!

What should you do in case of a Damaged/ Tampered Package or Missing Product?

We request you not to accept the package if damaged in the first place, and if you receive the package, record an unboxing video. Reach out to our MomsConnect Team at +917499025345 (8 AM – 8 PM) or mail us at resolutions@superbottoms.com, mentioning your order reference number with an unboxing video (if you have accepted the delivery) within 48 hours of delivery. We shall do our best to ensure that your queries are resolved, and a replacement is scheduled at the earliest.

What is the exchange/return policy?

At SuperBottoms, we understand that every purchase is valuable and in certain unavoidable circumstances, the customer has to exchange or return it. So to make the process easier, our policy gives you an option to exchange/return the products within 7 Days of Delivery only in case of defects, damage caused during delivery, missing or wrong products received.

Any product/s purchased in Seconds Sale can be exchanged only if the product functionality is affected.

UNO diapers are innerwear and fall under the hygiene category hence we do not take returns for our diapers. However, we understand customers would want to try the cloth diapers on their babies first, before making a bulk purchase. Hence, we have a unique Use & Return Trial Policy - where the 1st Freesize UNO can be returned within 30 days and 1st Newborn UNO can be returned within 15 days under this policy. Request you to read the terms and conditions carefully.

In case of a return, when do I get my refund?

Once your returned product/s are received at our facility and inspected by our experts, we will initiate the refund process. Please read the Refund policy for more details.
