HR Executive
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and people-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys working with data as much as with people. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is sharp, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-growing D2C environment.
You will play a key role in hiring, HR operations, engagement initiatives, and HR MIS—working closely with leadership and teams across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Support end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closures.
- Ensure a smooth and fast hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders.
HR Operations:
- Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate with payroll and external vendors.
HR MIS & Reporting (Excel-Heavy Role):
- Create and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Support data analysis related to hiring, attendance, performance, and attrition.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Support engagement initiatives, team activities, and Rewards & Recognition programs.
- Act as a friendly first point of contact for employee queries.
Location & Work Model:
- Location: Thane, Maharashtra.
- Hybrid: Mandatory office days on Tuesday & Thursday; remote work on remaining days.
Who Should Apply (Must-Haves):

Demand Planning Executive - Mumbai
Supply Chain / Planning Role Overview
The Demand Planning Executive will be responsible for driving accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales data, understanding channel-level trends, and collaborating cross-functionally through the S&OP process. The role plays a critical part in enabling effective inventory planning, availability, and business growth for SuperBottoms.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Demand & Sales Analysis :
● Collect, validate, and analyse historical sales data at a detailed SKU level across all sales channels.
● Study demand patterns by category, region, and channel to identify trends, seasonality, and growth opportunities.
● Analyse secondary sales data from retail and e-commerce platforms to understand sell-through performance and channel-wise demand behaviour.
● Highlight gaps between primary and secondary sales and flag risks or opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
2. Short-Term Demand Forecasting & Projections :
● Prepare rolling 3-month demand forecasts at a category level based on historical performance, seasonality, and market insights.
● Break down category-level projections into SKU-level forecasts using recent sales mix and contribution percentages.
● Incorporate business inputs such as promotions, launches, and pricing changes into demand plans.
● Ensure demand projections serve as a reliable input for material planning, production, and supply decisions.
3. S&OP – Demand Review Ownership:
● Own and lead the Demand Review as part of the S&OP cycle.
● Present updated demand forecasts by category, SKU, region, and channel.
● Analyse forecast vs. actual performance from previous cycles and explain key variances.
● Identify demand drivers including promotions, seasonality, new launches, and market shifts.
● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply teams to agree on forecast revisions and align on the final demand plan.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to work at both category and SKU levels.
● Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
● Understanding of multi-channel demand planning (D2C, marketplaces, retail).
● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly.
● Exposure to S&OP processes is a strong advantage.

Strategic Sourcing Manager (NPD)
Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Mumbai Suburbs
This role involves end-to-end responsibility of sourcing management for the company product portfolio – new and existing. This includes sourcing strategic supply partners, develop sourcing policies, and create cost estimates and forecasts while negotiating fair and cost-effective supply contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the strategic sourcing management goals of the company and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved.
- Finding the best suppliers for new and existing product portfolio of the company to meet the demand.
- Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
- Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions.
- Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers.
- Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships (trade shows, supplier meetings, conferences, etc.).
- Participate in establishing short-term and long range planning and budget development of the company to support strategic business goals.
- Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives.
- Establishes purchasing policies and ensures compliance within the department.
- Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization.
- Support the procurement team to develop forecasts for future demand and place orders in a timely fashion based upon vendor lead-time.
- Develop and implement sourcing and supplier selection strategy domestically and internationally.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years purchasing/strategic sourcing experience.
- Experience with contract manufacturing vendors.
- Strong preference for baby products and general sourcing experience from China.
- Ability to manage projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria).
- Knowledge of the legal terminology and language related to supplier and/or vendor agreements and contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
