Accounts Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile transactions related to online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all sales, returns, discounts, and other related transactions.
- Handle payment gateway reconciliations and manage chargebacks.
- Maintain and update accounts in Tally, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
- Utilize Tally for detailed accounting tasks including voucher entries, ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Generate and analyze financial reports using Tally to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an accounting role within an e-commerce company.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or higher.
- Strong Excel skills, including the use of advanced formulas and functions.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation.
- Basic communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
