The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within a specified region, driving growth and ensuring product availability across baby stores. The role involves building relationships with retail partners, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase brand presence and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the predefined sales target at monthly and yearly level from given territories.
- Handle and maintain the existing retailer and get onboard new retailers.
- Generate business from them through introducing entire range of Superbottoms and penetrate in the Karnataka market at maximum level.
- Take follow up of payment from Distributor or retailer and update to company as per requirement.
- The person needs to share data of primary/secondary sales, retailer data, branding done and other specific as per requirement.
- Needs to follow beat plan on actively.
- Promote SuperBottoms in store and in Tamil Nadu market through Branding and participate in exhibitions.
- Guide and educate retailers regarding SuperBottom and give all printing material as per requirement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any graduate.

- Thorough knowledge of areas under Karnataka/ Kerala/ Andhra/ Telangana.
