Job Responsibilities:
Demand Forecasting & Planning:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Inventory Management:
- Optimize inventory strategies to reduce inventory days while ensuring NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) products are always available.

- Implement cost-efficient logistics routes to reduce transportation expenses while improving distribution speed and reliability.
- Oversee order-to-cash cycles for major e-commerce platforms, ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to KPIs.
New Launches & Vendor Coordination:
- Lead supply planning for new customer launches, from purchase order creation to execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles in a leading D2C Company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/ERP/MRP systems.

We are looking for a Content Strategist who can define, lead, and execute the overall content vision for SuperBottoms. Roles and Responsibilities:
Overall Content Planning (Imagery + Tonality)
- Define and implement the visual direction and verbal tone of the brand across all content formats.
- Conceptualize mood boards, design references, and sample content buckets with the design team to ensure consistent brand expression.

Brand Story

Cataloguing Content Strategy
- Build and maintain a comprehensive cataloguing strategy for all platforms including guidelines for titles, bullet points, A+ content, and visuals.
- Partner with the E-commerce team to optimize listings that are both conversion-driven and aligned with brand tone.
Performance-led Content (PERF)
- Conceptualize and guide performance-focused creative assets – static and video – that drive engagement and conversions.
