What you’ll do:

- Work on in-house shoots and help create content for reels and ads.
- Edit videos for social media and performance marketing.
- Add motion graphics, typography, and transitions to enhance content.
- Contribute to ideation and bring in references for content.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams.
- Stay updated with content trends and formats.
- Be open to learning and experimenting.

What we’re looking for:

- Recently completed a degree or relevant experience in video, motion, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or similar software's.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and short-form content.
- Ability to animate text and add basic motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI tools and openness to adapting to new ones.
- Someone who’s eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving D2C setup.

Work setup:

Hybrid: 2 days from our Mumbai co-working space, 3 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:

- Take overall responsibility for the strategic sourcing management goals of the company and implement action items to ensure that those goals are achieved.
- Finding the best suppliers for new and existing product portfolio of the company to meet the demand.
- Responsible for negotiations for best possible cost service guarantee and develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
- Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions.
- Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers.
- Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities.
- Maintain and develop supplier relationships (trade shows, supplier meetings, conferences, etc.).
- Participate in establishing short-term and long range planning and budget development of the company to support strategic business goals.
- Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives.
- Establishes purchasing policies and ensures compliance within the department.
- Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization.
- Support the procurement team to develop forecasts for future demand and place orders in a timely fashion based upon vendor lead-time.
- Develop and implement sourcing and supplier selection strategy domestically and internationally.

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

- Bachelor’s degree and at least five (5) years purchasing/strategic sourcing experience.
- Experience with contract manufacturing vendors.
- Strong preference for baby products and general sourcing experience from China.
- Ability to manage projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria).
- Knowledge of the legal terminology and language related to supplier and/or vendor agreements and contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
