Team Leader – Customer Support & Quality
Location: Must be from Mumbai (hybrid work)

We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual to lead our MomsConnect Customer Support Team. As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences, maintaining high team performance, and fostering a culture of open communication and continuous learning. Primary Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support your team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor team performance on a daily basis and ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
- Conduct regular call/chat/email audits and provide actionable feedback.
- Oversee customer feedback management and resolution of escalations.
- Ensure processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Train team members and ensure they are equipped with functional knowledge.
- Provide regular performance reports and updates to management.

Experience Required:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader & Quality in Voice/Non-Voice Customer Service.
- Hands-on experience in managing key metrics like Attrition, Shrinkage, and SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms, with a strong command over Google Analytics for performance measurement and insights.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve revenue, ROAS, and CAC targets

- Good network of Baby stores.
- Thorough knowledge of areas under Karnataka/ Kerala/ Andhra/ Telangana.
