Our UNO Cloth Diaper Pants are innerwear and fall under hygiene category hence we do not take returns for our diapers. However, we do understand new parents would want to try the product first. Hence, we have a "Use and Return Policy"

“Use & Return” Policy is valid for 30 days on UNO Cloth Diaper Pants. Under this policy, you can buy ONE UNO Cloth Diaper Pants, try it for a few days, and if it doesn’t work for you, return it within 30 days and get a refund!

Basically, this policy applies to only your 1st purchase and only on 1 diaper. Important to note for Value Packs, please put only 1 diaper to use if you would like to avail the return option. Leave the others unwashed, unused & with tags intact.
