Our MaxAbsorb™ Period Underwear and Flow Lock Cloth Pads fall under the hygiene category; hence we do not allow return and exchange for our Period Underwear/ Flow Lock Cloth Pads. These products are excluded from our return policy.

Although at SuperBottoms, we have a hassle-free return process, due to the hygiene category of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for period underwear or flow lock cloth pads. We want to ensure that our customers receive new and unused products for their peace of mind. However, we want to assure our customers that our products are designed for maximum absorbency and efficiency, and batch-to-batch variations may occur in colours and sizing, like any other apparel fabric. While the product photographs are for representation purposes only, we guarantee zero compromises on performance. Our hassle-free return process does not cover batch-to-batch variations.
