Our UNO diapers are innerwear and fall under hygiene category hence we do not take returns for our diapers. However we do understand new parents would want to try the product first hence we have a "Use and Return Policy"
“Use & Return” Policy is valid for 30 days on Freesize UNO and 15 days on Newborn UNO.
Under this policy, you can buy ONE Freesize UNO diaper, try it for a few days, and if it doesn’t work for you, return it within 30 days and get a refund!
OR
you can buy ONE Newborn UNO diaper, try it for a few days, and if it doesn’t work for you, return it within 15 days and get a refund!
Basically, this policy applies to only your 1st purchase and only on 1 diaper.
Important to note for Value Packs, please put only 1 diaper to use if you would like to avail the return option. Leave the others unwashed, unused & with tags intact.

When can I use the Freesize UNO SuperSoft Cloth Diaper (with Velcro)?
Freesize UNO SuperSoft Cloth Diaper (with Velcro) can be used at all times of the day. We recommend using it in the following combination:
- Daytime: Dry Feel Magic pad alone
- Night time: Dry Feel Magic Pad + Booster Pad
* If your baby is a heavy wetter, we recommend using a booster pad during the daytime as well
- Swim time: Use the waterproof outer alone without any Pads!
- Travel Times: Use Disposable Easy Clean Top Sheets for hassle free poop cleaning.
- Mess Free Cleaning: Use Reusable Easy Clean Top Sheets everyday to make cleaning poop super easy.
Does it last overnight for a heavy wetter baby as well?
For heavy wetters, use the Dry Feel Magic Pad with the Booster Pad for better absorption and keep your baby dry for longer. If your baby is a very heavy wetter, consider adding a Universal Booster Pad or a Very Heavy Wetter Booster Pad for extra absorbency. 1. How can the same UNO work for 3 month babies and 3 year olds?
Our Freesize UNO is an adjustable reusable diaper with snaps to adjust from waist, but what is unique is that, the washable diaper need not be adjusted along the length, you can simply snap on the top or the bottom row depending on the length required. To adjust along the waist, the snaps can be adjusted front or back.
2. How is a Freesize UNO SuperSoft Cloth Diaper (with Velcro) different from a disposable diaper?
- Freesize UNO SuperSoft Cloth Diaper (with Velcro) is free of harmful chemicals such as Pthalates, Lead unlike some disposable diapers

3. What is the difference between UNO and Padded Underwear?
UNO Cloth Diaper and Padded Underwear™ differ in their functionality and usage.
UNO is perfect for cloth diapering, while Padded Underwear™ is ideal for diaper-free time and potty training. UNO is waterproof and can absorb up to 4-5 pees, whereas Padded Underwear is semi-waterproof and prevents pee puddles. Please note that Padded Underwear™ is not a diaper.
UNO Cloth Diaper is suitable for children from 0 to 3 years, whereas Padded Underwear™ is designed for children from 9 months to 4 years.
UNO comes in two sizes: Newborn (2.5kg - 7kg) and Freesize (7kg - 17kg), while Padded Underwear is available in four sizes (Size 0: 9 to 12 months, Size 1: 1 to 2 years, Size 2 : 2 to 3 years & Size 3: 3 to 4 years).
