We really put in our heart and soul into our products so we are truly sorry about this.

To return, please fill up the form below and we will get back to you on email with regards to the date of pickup and refund status.

Do note:

1. Give us 3-5 days to arrange for reverse pickup. You would receive a call from our Support team to process this
2. In case if we cannot arrange pickup in your location, you will have to ship the diaper across to us
3. In case of exchange, we share a link with you to make the payment
4. The refund amount is credited within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the product
