Refunds & Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.
Based on the nature of the products that we have, we have designed a multi tiered shipping policy that is designed exclusively in your best interests.
We are committed to delivering products within 2 to 3 business days of the order being confirmed.
For Non Metros:
All products will reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days. Note: The above time lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description. If you require any assistance in understanding our Shipping policy please do not hesitate to all our customer care numbers.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- We currently deliver to more than 5000 cities across India.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on (+91) 9820-30-1106 (9AM – 6PM) or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Superbottoms charges Rs. 50 as a convenience charge for all orders below Rs. 500. This helps us service our customers better.
Case : Order Cancellation
Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped, you can cancel the order online or by speaking with our helpdesk at (+91) 9820-30-1106. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money paid by you will be refunded to you.
Cancellation post shipment: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our helpdesk at (+91) 9820-30-1106 and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by us, we will refund the money paid by you as per Refund policy included below.
Case : Order Return
We are committed towards providing you the best shopping experience at superbottoms and allow no questions asked return policy.
In case you need to return the shipment, please get in touch with our helpdesk at (+91) 9820-30-1106 or write to us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the order. Post that, please ship the products to following address within 10 days of registering a return request:

We would treat returns as valid only if the products are received without any physical damage such as tearing, broken snaps.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our facilities, however, in rare cases, the products might get damaged during shipment. We provide free returns if you have received damaged or incorrect products. We will reimburse the actual shipping cost incurred by you or Rs. 100 (whichever is less) for such orders returned by you. We will process the refund once the returned items are received and verified by us.
Case : Order Refund
If you had paid through credit card / debit card or net banking, then we refund to same account. If you had paid through COD, we will issue the cheque in the name and address as specified in billing details.
Discount vouchers are for one time use only and shall be treated as utilized even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in case you cancel the order.
